QUALITY POLICY OF KALI KIMYA

The main quality principles of Kali Kimya are:

The main philosophy of Kali Kimya is to keep its products standards, to invest, research and control for continual technical support. The main objective is despite aiming to increase the production capacity; it never tolerates to decrease in quality. Also by the help of R&D department Kali Kimya obviously aims customer satisfaction and to lead the sector with its quality.

QUALITY CONTROL

Kali Kimya's philosophy is "Quality can not be controlled, it is produced" so all quality control procedures are not corractive but preventive.

Product specifications are controlled and saved when the fragrance is born in our Research and Development laboratory. These specifications are used as a standard in the production of this fragrance. The fragrance is differantiated by a unique code. The production lot's specifications are compared with the standardized reference specification in quality control laboratory. Its quality is guaranteed to be the same.

Postproduction quality controls are performed in three ways:

1. Organoleptic test: Referance and production fragrance are compared based on scent charactere.
2. Physical test: Reference and production fragrance test results are compared by physical values. These tests consist of: density, boiling point, flash point, appearance, refractive, index, solubility...
3. Chemical test: Reference and production fragrance test results are compared by chemical values. These tests are esther and acid value.

Trained chemical engineers perform raw materials and products' quality control tests. They are using the most advanced international standard analyze methods. The result of these strict quality controls and standard references is to achieve the following

 

GIVEN CERTIFICATES:

The chemical and physical properties of Kali's fragrances are standard. It can be said that this reports are the identification documents of the given fragrance.

1. Specifications certificate: The maximum and minimum values that the given fragrance can have.
2. Analyses certificate: The test values of the production lot of a given fragrance. These results are compared with the values in specification certificate to check the acceptance to Kali Kimya's standards.
3. Health certificate: This certificate shows that the product and its content are in accordance with the principles of IFRA "International Fragrance Association", and Turkish Republic Health Ministry Cosmetics Regulation
